DR BOWO OLATERU-OLAGBEGI

(CHAIRMAN)

Dr. Bowo Olateru-Olagbegi is a minister, a sought after public speaker and a successful businessman.

He is a fellow of the Institute Of Chartered Accountants Of Nigeria and a graduate of the University Of Lagos. He serves on the board of a range of companies including, Cardstechnology Ltd, CALM IT Global Ltd, Micfade (W.A) ltd, Rolbotech Solution Limited and others.

He is chairman of Asherlogic Ltd ,an information Technology Company as well as Bono Foods Ltd .

He was a member of the Board Of Coordinators of RCCGNA.

He is the chairman of COPAD, an NGO that promotes public accountability and Development, He has authored a number of books, including “Corruption Talks” a conversation style exposition on the ills of corruption, as well as “Thought Transformers” among others.

MR FASEHUN AYOKUNLE

(MANAGING DIRECTOR)

Kunle John Fasehun is an ingenious manager and entrepreneur. With a background inEconomics from University of Ado-Ekiti in Nigeria. His experience, spanning over 25years, cut across public and private sector such in finance, Management, Real Estate,Oil and Gas. Having acquired much years of experience in the field of management, sustainability and entrepreneurship, has also developed and worked on projects within and outside the shore of Nigeria.

He had work in different sector such as Public Service, Real Estate, Transport/Logistic,Corporate and Private Finance companies in Nigeria and France to act different capacities such in Accounting,Project finance and Marketing. Kunle Currently serve as the Managing Director of Reomond Integrated Solution Limited and as Director in Lafbart Energy Ltd as Business developer and venture capital broker with the responsibility to connects investors seeking access to alternative investment assets with SMEs and corporates seeking longer term capital for their growing businesses.

MR OLUWOLE OLUMIDE

(OPERATIONS DIRECTOR)

OLUWOLE Olumide is a seasoned professional with his highest academic qualification in Project Management Technology. He has a professional experience of over 25 years as a Project Manager and Operations Manager with both indigenous and multinational companies. He had acquired numerous professional certification in Nigeria and USA, while serving mainly the industrial sector of the economy.

He ventured into entrepreneurship in the last 10 years and presently a director in seven different companies namely BAAY Resources Ltd, ROLBOTECH Solutions Ltd, Reomond  Integrated Solution Limited, Laured Healthcare Services Ltd, Heritage Realty Ltd, Reomond Renewable Energies and Landlink Partners Limited.

He presently serves as the Operations Director of Reomond Integrated Solution Limited, overseeing the operations of the company in Nigeria and West Africa, by setting goals that promote company growth and managing team workloads in order to meet company goals.

D.J ROY

(PROJECT DIRECTOR)

Dhrubajyoti Roy has over 33 years of wide industry experience in the areas of Process Engineering, Production Planning, Energy Conservation, Advanced Process Control, Quality Control, andUnit Operations. Prior to joining REOMOND , Mr. Roy was working as General Manager (TS) at General Instrument Consortium – India i s one of the largest and oldest manufacturing company in India covering Engineering parameters including Pressure, Temperature, Flow and Level. The Company was established in the year 1966. This company have 5 manufacturing plants (India & Overseas) manufacturing variety of products. He has the unique distinction of having worked at 3 major Instruments company in India in different capacities viz M/S. BAUMER Technology, M/S. Goa Instruments India Pvt. Ltd, M/s. Thermal Instrument India Pvt. Ltd. in addition to that he worked with EXIDE Industries as Production and Maintenance Planner .

He has many achievements to his credit. He was instrumental in implementing Advanced Process Controls at various Oil & Gas Refineries in India , he has taken part in designing and installation of critical Thermocouple to measure the inside process temperature of one of the prestigious Project “Waste Plastic to Diesel” by TECHNIP . Mr. Roy is a Mechanical Engineer from India in 1980-81. He successfully completed a special automobile engineering & microprocessor Course conducted by one of the India’s top Engineering Institute I I T Kharagpur.

AKINNAGBE TEMITAYO

(FINANCE AND ADMIN DIRECTOR)

Temitayo Akinnagbe a seasoned Banker his experience in Bank industry spanned over 18 years, cutting across Business development, Relationship Management, Credit & Risk Management and leadership to mention a few .

He has philosophical perception that Banking creates capacity and capability to work inany field of business management endeavors because of the exposure, expertise andexperience the industry naturally created.   

Tayo Akinnagbe years of experience in the industry has molded and prepared him to bea well rounded self driven person, focus and highly professional optimist.

He had his first degree in Economics and Master in strategic Management fromUniversity of Lagos.
